Danh (pronounced Yen) was officially added to the Towers roster during the summer of 2013 at the World Dwarf Games. He was introduced to the team at our event in May 2013 at Nanuet High School and was immediately excited to join the Team after seeing the athletes and style of play on the court. He’s an all around athlete who competes in all team sports and is an extremely fast runner. His speed was extremely helpful to our Soccer teams success at Michigan where his highlight moment saw him take a ball from midfield and outrun a defender down the left side of the field where he finished off the play with a strike into the top of the net passed a diving goaltender.
Danh is a skilled dribbler and shooter and has a very high basketball IQ. He’s a great team player and communicator on and off the court. We are happy to have added Danh to the squad not only for what he brings to us on the court or field, but for how he will represent the Towers off of it as well.
